By booking, engaging, or working with Social Sync AU, you (“the Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Terms and Conditions as of January 2026

1. SERVICES

Social Sync AU provides creative services including, but not limited to:

  • Photography

  • Videography

  • Short-form content creation

  • Social media content & strategy

  • Campaign and lifestyle shoots

  • Editing and post-production

  • Creative direction and planning

Services may be delivered as one-off projects or ongoing packages, as outlined in quotes, proposals, or service pages.

2. BOOKINGS & CONFIRMATION

  • All bookings are subject to availability and approval

  • A booking is confirmed once a deposit is paid and/or written confirmation is received

  • Social Sync AU reserves the right to decline projects that are not aligned with our brand, values, or expertise

3. FEES & PAYMENT

  • Pricing is outlined in quotes, proposals, or service pages

  • A $100 deposit is required to secure bookings

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Final balances are due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • Late payments may delay delivery of content

4. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Bookings cancelled within 48 hours may incur additional fees

  • Rescheduling is permitted with reasonable notice and subject to availability

  • In the event of illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, bookings will be rescheduled where possible

5. CREATIVE DIRECTION & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

  • Clients are encouraged to provide references, mood-boards, and direction prior to shoots

  • Creative decisions are collaborative; however, Social Sync AU maintains creative control where required

  • Changes requested after delivery may incur additional fees

6. TALENT & THIRD PARTIES

  • If Social Sync AU sources models, talent, or third-party creatives, fees will be included in the final invoice

  • Availability of talent without usage fees is not guaranteed

  • Lead times may apply for sourcing talent

  • If a model or talent requires a usage fee, this will be disclosed to the client in advance. Any additional usage fees requested for extended or future use must be agreed upon directly between the client and the model/talent. Social Sync AU is not responsible for negotiating or facilitating these fees.

7. DELIVERY & FILE STORAGE

  • Final content is delivered digitally through Dropbox.

  • Clients must download all files upon delivery

  • Files are not stored beyond one (1) week after delivery

  • Long-term storage is not included unless agreed in writing, or booked in for full sync package.

8. USAGE RIGHTS & LICENSING

  • Unless otherwise stated, clients receive usage rights for marketing, website, social media, and advertising

  • Social Sync AU retains the right to use content for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes

  • Exclusive usage, extended licensing, or third-party resale requires written agreement

9. CONTENT PERFORMANCE

  • Social Sync AU does not guarantee specific engagement, reach, sales, or performance results

  • Performance is influenced by external factors beyond our control (platform algorithms, ad spend, audience behaviour)

10. SUBCONTRACTING & TEAM

  • Social Sync AU may assign trusted team members or subcontractors where required

  • All work remains overseen by Social Sync AU

  • Relevant checks (including Working With Children Checks where required) are held by team members

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Social Sync AU is not liable for indirect or consequential loss

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring permissions, permits, and access to locations

12. CONFIDENTIALITY

  • Both parties agree to keep confidential information private unless disclosure is required by law

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content remains the intellectual property of Social Sync AU until full payment is received

  • Editing styles and creative processes remain the property of Social Sync AU

14. TERMINATION

  • Social Sync AU reserves the right to terminate agreements due to non-payment, misrepresentation, or breach of terms

  • Deposits remain non-refundable

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

16. ACCEPTANCE

By booking, paying a deposit, or engaging Social Sync AU’s services, you confirm acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
