All one-off bookings require a $100 non-refundable deposit to secure your shoot date. Bookings are only confirmed once the agreement is signed and deposit is received.

Full Sync packages require an application and discovery call to ensure alignment. Submitting a booking or application does not guarantee acceptance, as we carefully screen each enquiry to ensure alignment between your business, our creative approach, and the results you’re looking to achieve. Approved clients will receive a proposal and contract before commencement.
